Hungary Solar Capacity Climbs Over 5,400 MW

Hungary's solar energy capacity rose over 5,400 MW by early October, the Energy Affairs Ministry said, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

The ministry noted that 1,389 MW were added to that capacity in Q1-Q3, citing data from TSO Mavir.

The capacity includes 3,276 MW at solar parks and 2,131 MW from household solar panels, according to the report.
