Budapest airport passenger numbers up 10.8%

Passenger numbers at Budapestʼs Liszt Ferenc Airport saw a year-on-year rise of 10.8%, reaching 840,000 in April, communications director Mihály Hardy told Hungarian news agency MTI yesterday. 

Passenger numbers rose by a year-on-year 12.1% in the first four months of the year, the communications director added. The number of takeoffs and landings rose by a year-on-year 3.9%, while average load factor of aircraft was 79.8%.
