The demand for market housing loans was much higher at K&H in January this year than a year earlier, the financial institution announced in a press release.

The number of accepted home loan applications increased fivefold.

The average amount of home loans also increased significantly, from HUF 15 million to HUF 21 mln, while three-quarters of the loans have a term longer than 15 years.

The beginning of the year brought a sharp turn in home lending at K&H.

After the previously restrained demand, interest in housing loans increased significantly in January, according to the latest data from the financial institution.
