Törökszentmiklósi Mezőgazdasági invests HUF 1 bln in dairy farm upgrade

Hungarian agribusiness Törökszentmiklósi Mezőgazdasági inaugurated a HUF 1 billion upgrade of its dairy farm on the outskirts of Törökszentmiklós on Friday.

Törökszentmiklósi Mezőgazdasági CEO Péter Tacopulosz said the investment was supported by HUF 445 million in grant money.

The company's herd of 485 Holstein Friesian cows produces 4 million liters of milk a year.

Agriculture Minister István Nagy said at the ceremony that Hungary's farm and food industry has "the greatest outlook at present".
