Realis Development Enters Real Estate Market

Residential

Realis Development, a new development company brought to life by three experienced real estate market players, has entered the Hungarian property scene as part of Realis Group, a holding company active since 2013.

The development company was established with the objective of creating premium quality property products in Hungary and CEE that not only generate financial value but also contribute to the aesthetic, technical, and sustainability standards of our built environment. Realis Development’s portfolio has a lineup of both modern and heritage projects in the hotel and residential segments, with longer-term plans also including office developments.

The current nine-member team consists of experienced and acknowledged industry professionals who previously managed complex real estate development projects and financed large-scale endeavors at international and local real estate development and asset management companies, as well as banks, Realis Development tells the Budapest Business Journal.

Founding partner and CEO Mihály Schrancz emphasizes, “Together with my business partners CFO Tamás Ádányand development director Zsolt Gyöngyösi we have built an expert team equipped with all-around real estate competencies, outstanding qualifications, and references, as well as the vision to successfully prepare and implement great property projects."

"We believe that our market approach and foundational values – a dedication to uniqueness and a passion for refined architectural solutions –, as well as the extensive international professional experience concentrated within team will soon assign an important role to Realis Development on the map of Hungarian and European real estate,” he adds.
