Poland's Freedom Holding, which belongs to the Otthon Centrum group of companies, acquired 88.2% majority ownership in Investor Nieruchomoci, one of the leading real estate brokerage networks of the Polish real estate market, writes profitline.hu.
According to the announcement, the agreement aims to gain a top position in the Polish real estate market, strengthening the market role and financial stability of Otthon Centrum Holding.
The broader range of services and greater market coverage guarantee that it can meet the changing environmental challenges and customer expectations in Hungary as well, stressed György Kosztolánczy, CEO of Otthon Centrum.
