New apartments with high technical standards are being built in the new urban part of Zugló, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The building complex is located in District XIV, directly next to Bosnyák Tér. The development provides space for offices and commercial units, built next to residential buildings. Commercial units under the O1 office building, such as supermarkets, restaurants and bank services will also be available, as well as walking streets and green parks in the area between buildings.

Zugló's new homes are also accessible by public transport. as the apartment building is located next to the main traffic junctions in Districts XIV and XV.

According to a statement shared by Bayer Construct, the development of the building is progressing according to schedule, as the exterior of the building advances, soon to be followed by internal development and surface treatments. The terraces of the ground-floor apartments have already been poured, covered with a space covering element.

The statement explains that Residence One, which includes 168 apartments, has already reached the structure-ready state in March. At the moment, concrete bases are being poured on each floor level, as well as the installation of mechanical and electrical basic equipment. Motorized shutters are uniformly installed on all windows and doors with hidden blinds. The ceilings in each apartment will have a cooling-heating system installed. Electric underfloor heating and a radiator with a heated towel rail are installed in the bathrooms.

The built-in equipment of the apartments includes kitchen appliances, sanitary facilities, and hall cabinets. The apartments in the Residence One building are set to be sold in the second quarter of 2024, and the developers share that they are aiming for the office building to receive an A++ categorization.

The energy efficiency of the facility relies on geothermal energy, as central heating is provided by the geothermal well energy of all apartments in the building, as well as the utility for hot water heating. With individual hot water meters provided, the readings take place remotely. The low overhead costs of the apartments are guaranteed by modern insulation, the press release notes.
