Home sales in Hungary rose 13% year-on-year to 11,185 in January, Hungarian news agency MTI reports, citing an estimate by listed real estate broker Duna House.

Duna House said full-year home sales could rise to 130,000-150,000 this year, supported by home purchase subsidies.

The company estimated that home mortgage outlays reached HUF 73 billion-75 billion in January, down from HUF 80 bln in the same month a year earlier.
