Hungary Home Sales Climb 10% in November

Home sales in Hungary rose 10% year-on-year to 8,800 in November, a monthly estimate by listed real estate broker Duna House shows.

Home sales reached 83,027 in January-November, down 30% from the same period a year earlier.

For the full year, home sales could reach the lower threshold of a 90,000-110,000 projection published at the start of the year, Duna House said. 

Duna House estimated that mortgage outlays came to HUF 55 bln in November, up 11% from the same month a year earlier.
