Four new tenants will be moving into Liberty, Wing’s mixed-use development, in summer 2024. Coop, FedEx, Praktiker, and 3 Print have concluded lease agreements for a total of more than 3,500 sqm of office space. The new tenants will have access to a number of services in the complex, in which the occupancy rate of retail areas is now 100%.

Coop was represented by Solution Group, and FedEx and 3 Print were represented by iO Partners Hungary at the conclusion of the agreement.

“We are proud that four more renowned companies have chosen Liberty. Thanks to the services on offer, the great location, the trends on the office market, and our sustainable development concept, Liberty is an optimal choice for many international and Hungarian companies. As it is a mixed-use building, Liberty offers an extensive range of services," said Gábor Angel, Wing’s deputy CEO for office developments.

"The ibis-Tribe dual-branded hotel was completed at the end of the year, and now the occupancy rate of the retail areas is 100%, which means the building offers great opportunities and adds to the service mix of the neighborhood. We can say that along with the Telekom headquarters, also developed by WING, which is one of the largest office buildings in the country, we have created a new destination on the office market at the same quality as the best office market locations," he adds.

Liberty tenants have access to the hotel’s high-end wellbeing and convenience services, which include the Tribe Table restaurant and café, as wekk as conference rooms. A rooftop bar with a view is also coming soon, Wing notes.

The inner garden has outdoor furniture, and on the rooftop, a sports area and a running track are available for staying fit. The underground parking garage has a Parkl parking management system and 650 parking spaces over four levels. Electric charging stations are available, along with bike-friendly solutions and wigo car-sharing for the convenience of people that work in the building. Another feature workers will have access to is the Emag Easybox, Foxpost, and Evrobox parcel pick-up stations in the building.

Retail units include a 360 sqmr ground floor Focivilág–Absolute Teamsport store. Additional services will be coming this year: a Monza Care premium car wash and detailing shop will open early in the summer, and the Liberty Gourmenza restaurant and specialty café will be open to Liberty’s tenants and the residents of the neighborhood from September.

Liberty is located at the intersection of Albert Flórián út and Könyves Kálmán körút, on the edge of the city center when coming from the direction of Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The building is right next to Népliget, one of Budapest’s biggest intersections. Travelers can also get to a number of domestic and international destinations from the Népliget Bus Terminal, opposite the Liberty building, and the Ferencváros Railway Station next to it.
