Based on the evaluation of employees, the most popular employers in Hungary are Yettel, Pepco, and Harman, according to munkahelyeink.hu.

The international career platform prepared the Top Employers Hungary list for the third time in 2024; the current ranking is based on the opinions of former and current employees of 850 companies registered on the portal between January 1 and December 31, 2023.

Employers who received at least 30 employee evaluations could be added to the list.

Some 70% of the overall score comes from the general assessment and five criteria (salary and benefits, development opportunities, work-life balance, management, and corporate culture and values) worth 6% each.

Metro, Coca-Cola HBC, Penny, DM, Jysk, Erste Bank, and Audi Hungaria rounded out the career platform's top 10 list of most popular employers.
