Emirates expands customer service center

Emirates, one of two flag carriers of the United Arab Emirates and its largest airline) is expanding its customer contact center in Budapest, where 30 new employees are expected, according to profitline.hu.

The Budapest center will register new and modify existing bookings, meet booking requests of frequent flyers, and provide its passengers with up-to-date information.

In addition, the airline is gradually resuming its flights in parallel with the lifting of travel restrictions, recruiting 3,000 flight attendants and 500 airport staff worldwide to its headquarters in Dubai over the next six months.
