Rossmann Developing 28,000 sqm Logistics Center in Üllő

Rossmann is developing a 28,000 sqm logistics center and a 4,000 sqm office in Üllő (30 km southeast of Budapest), which are scheduled to be handed over in 2025, according to a press release.

The HUF 20 billion investment will create a semi-automatic warehouse unique in the Hungarian trade sector, which can be further expanded in the future.

Üllő was chosen because the company's headquarters are there; the fact that a large proportion of the potential workforce lives in or around the settlement was also taken into account during the decision, as were the good relations with the local government.
