HelloParks has started construction of a close to EUR 70 million, 58,000 sqm warehouse in Páty (20 km west of Budapest), the unit of Hungarian property developer Futureal said earlier this week.

HelloParks noted that it is already building warehouses at logistics parks in Fót (20 km northeast) and Maglód (30 km east).

Existing warehouses at those two towns are fully leased, it added.

HelloParks is developing more than 900,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space with a value of nearly EUR 200 mln.
