EBRD approves EUR 15 mln loan to Bosnia's Raiffeisen Leasing in SMEs support

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development said it has approved a EUR 15 million senior unsecured loan to Bosnia's Raiffeisen Leasing to back local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The funding will be used to provide lease finance for SMEs, including the financing for green assets and contribute to the objectives of Financial Intermediaries Framework (FIF), supporting competitiveness and resilience, the EBRD said in a project summary document.

The loan will be extended in two tranches, of EUR 8 million and 7 million, the EBRD said.
