MVM Renewables Unit Inaugurates HUF 11.5 bln Solar Park

MVM Zöld Generáció, the renewables unit of state-owned energy company MVM, inaugurated an HUF 11.5 billion, 28.8 MW solar park in Debrecen (about 195 km east of Budapest) on Monday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
The company won HUF 4.3 bln in European Union and state grant money for the park which will power over 15,000 homes.
MVM Zöld Generáció operates over 100 solar parks in Hungary.
