Gas Reserves Increase in September
According to the latest official data, the amount of safety and special natural gas reserves totaled more than 17.71 million megawatt hours on September 30, the Hungarian Carbon Storage Association (MSZKSZ) informed business daily Világgazdaság.
Converted, this means that the amount stored by the association as a whole reached 1,670 million cubic meters.
This is a considerable increase, since a month earlier, at the end of August, the safety natural gas reserve was measured at 1.085 billion cubic meters, and the special natural gas reserve at slightly more than 305 million cubic meters.
In total, it stood at a narrow 1.391 billion cubic meters at the end of the summer. In other words, over the course of a single month, stocks increased by almost 280 million cubic meters of gas.
