Cordia Successfully Completes Structure of Jade Tower

Residential

More than two months ahead of schedule, Cordia, member of Futureal Group - one of the largest property developer and investor groups in the European region - has completed the structure of Jade Tower.

As Cordia’s first luxurious real estate project in Spain, construction work was carried out by the Spanish company, Sacyr.

Tibor Földi, chairman of the board, Cordia International, comments, “Cordia International has become a diverse leading residential developer and investor in Europe, with numerous projects across Hungary, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Romania. Jade Tower is our first development in Spain, and I am pleased to announce that we will soon be launching our next project here. The next residential development will be located in a magnificent location in Marbella and will offer excellent views of its surroundings. Above all, we are committed to further strengthening our presence in Costa del Sol.”

Mauricio Mesa, country manager of Cordia Spain and Romania, notes, “Our strong alliance with Sacyr guaranteed the flawless execution of Jade Tower. In addition to delivering the construction works at Jade Tower, Sacyr has also been our main strategic partner, with whom we have been efficiently working with throughout the entire process.”

Jade Tower has also received a preliminary certificate of ‘very good’ for its sustainability solutions. This certification guarantees, amongst other things, that energy consumption will be reduced by up to 70% and water consumption will be cut by up to 40%, and that the building will be equipped with innovative solutions that minimize environmental impact.

“Once construction commenced at Jade Tower, a development which is unique in the Fuengirola property market, we never stopped monitoring the changes in customer demand. People are always looking for more sustainable homes that are highly energy efficient,” says Mesa. “We have also incorporated elements that benefit the physical and emotional well-being of our residents, such as a gym, sauna, spa, and a private cinema room.

“There is also a co-working area where residents can telecommute and even hold face-to-face meetings with clients. The inclusion of these services in Jade Tower, which are usually only found in super luxurious hotels, is what differentiates us from the competition and adds value to the properties,” Mesa adds.

In total, around 1,200 people have been - and will be - working on the development of the entire project. So far, 430 have contributed to the now completed structure, working towards a scheduled delivery of late July 2024.
