Building Structure Completed at Kassák Terrace

Residential

Kassák Terrace, Kassák project’s third phase at the intersection of Klapka utca and Kassák Lajos utca in District XIII with AA+ energy rating and 246 cost-effective apartments, has reached its highest point, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Kassák Residence, the first phase of the project and Living’s first residential development was handed over in 2020, while the second phase, Kassák Passage, was completed in the second half of 2022. With the handover of the third and final phase, the Kassák project, which includes a total of 740 apartments and its own 9,000-sqm park, will be complete. The project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.

The residential park is conveniently located, in close proximity to Váci út, ensuring easy access to a broad range of services in the vicinity. Downtown Budapest is easily accessible by car and public transport, yet the development is located in a quiet, tranquil area. Kassák Terrace is a perfect choice for those who prefer an active lifestyle as Margaret Island, the Danube, and the City Park, currently undergoing renewal, are easily accessible.

Kassák Terrace offers practical studio apartments as well as large six-room penthouse units with efficient floor plans and panoramic views. 21 homes in the project will have direct garden access. The underground parking garage of the residential development will have 259 parking spaces, including 190 with electric chargers.

"Kassák project, Living’s first residential development, is highly popular among customers and has now reached another milestone. The third phase has reached its highest point and it is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025. This means that the whole Kassák project, which covers nearly 100,000 sqm and has been a pivotal project of Living in recent years, will be complete," said János Martin, Wing’s deputy CEO and Living’s director of residential development.

"The 246 apartments currently under construction will be the most technically advanced complex of the project: cutting-edge energy-efficient and cost-efficient solutions have been used during planning and construction and such solutions will be available to homeowners as well," he added.

Kassák Terrace will have an AA+ energy rating and will offer surface heating and cooling, a heat pump solution, and apartments with high technical standards. The triple-glazed plastic doors and windows allow for more efficient sound and thermal insulation.

In line with "Living standards" and like the first two phases of the Kassák project, Kassák Terrace offers unique Living Service packages. These cover three areas to make residents’ lives easier: Community Living services will include a living room-lounge, a library, and a parcel pick-up point accessible 24/7. Smart Living smart home solutions make these new homes energy efficient, safe, and secure. A new Living application is being launched, which residents can use to customize the smart home features of their apartments and to access the community services of the building. Living Solutions services make it easier for owners to manage any and all issues related to their new property, whether they bought it for themselves or as an investment.
