International investors with significant capital power inquired about Hungary's real estate development trends, investment opportunities, and current developments at the world's number one real estate exhibition, Mipim, from March 14-17 in Cannes.

The Real Estate Developers' Round Table Association (IFK) told novekedes.hu that the industrial real estate market, logistics, and office and hotel developments were the focus of the Hungary-Budapest stand, jointly developed by the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency and IFK.

The leading exhibitors were the Liget Budapest Project and the Nemzeti Ipari Park Üzemeltető és Fejlsztő Zrt. Ernő Takács, the president of IFK, the largest association of real estate developers in Hungary, said that the successful presentation of the Hungary-Budapest stand proves that several potential investors see serious opportunities in the Hungarian market.
