Construction job listings jump in January
The number of job openings in the construction industry on listings site Jófogás rose 27% in January, the head of the site's operator told Hungarian news agency MTI.
Adevinta Classified Media Hungary managing director Géza Palocsay said that in no other category were the number of job listings higher in January than before the second wave of the pandemic.
The increase is supported by government subsidies for home purchase and renovation as well as by higher household incomes, he added.
