Samsung most attractive employer in Hungary - Randstad

Staffing company Randstad Hungary has named the local unit of South Korea's Samsung the country's "most attractive employer", based on a survey of employees, according to a report by Hungarian news agency MTI.

Randstad Hungary released a ranking of the country's best employers for the eighth year, based on a survey conducted in 2021 by Randstad Employer Brand Research.

Runner-up on the list was the local unit of Danish toymaker LEGO. The Hungarian manufacturing unit of German carmaker Daimler was in third place.

The survey showed IT is the most popular sector in which to work, followed by telecommunications and business services.

Remuneration remains the most important consideration when taking a job, ahead of pleasant work environment and long-term workplace security.

More than 7,600 people participated in the survey in Hungary.
