Jalsovszky Hires Former Deloitte Associate as Banking Group Head

Appointments

Former Deloitte legal managing associate Ádám Boross has been appointed as the new head of the banking group at Jalsovszky.

“It is an exciting challenge to leave the relative immunity of international law firms and continue my career at one of the largest Hungarian firms. I feel that everything is given at Jalsovszky to build a success story together, including strategic thinking, a dynamic and youthful vision and an excellent professional environment,” shares Boross about his new position at Jalsovszky.

Boross will lead Jalsovszky's banking and finance group from August. He joins the team from Deloitte Legal and has more than 10 years of experience in international law firms. Having worked at Baker & McKenzie, Bird & Bird, Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Deloitte Legal, he has represented clients in complex and cross-border financing transactions, as well as acting as an advisor on financial regulatory and compliance matters.

“I feel we have assembled a very strong banking and finance team. This gives us the opportunity to not only focus on the domestic banking and finance market in a narrow sense, but also to play a role in financial regulatory issues and to get involved in cross-border transactions,” comments Pál Jalsovszky, head of the firm.

Boross will be assisted by two senior lawyers, István Gere and Boglárka Zsibrita.
