Wizz Air announces new route to Madeira

Wizz Air will add a new route to the island of Madeira in Portugal this year, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Tickets will be available from October 30 on Wizz Air's official website and mobile app. Flights will depart every week on Tuesdays and Sundays from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport.

According to the press release, Madeira offers travelers a range of attractions, including its botanical gardens, the Jardins Botânicos da Madeira, as well as natural pools formed by lava near Porto Moniz and a panoramic coastal view from the high cliffs of Cabo Girao.
