Richter Board Proposes HUF 390/Share Dividend

The board of listed pharmaceutical company Gedeon Richter will propose payment of a HUF 390-per-share dividend on last year's earnings at an annual general meeting on April 25, the AGM invitation published on Friday shows, according to a report by news agency MTI.

Richter had a consolidated net income of HUF 155.6 billion last year, an earnings report released in February shows.

The company paid HUF 225-per-share dividends on 2021 and 2020 earnings.
