Hungarian clothing brand Heavy Tools will supply the Hungarian athletes' uniforms for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games under a contract signed with the Hungarian Olympic Committee and the Hungarian Paralympic Committee in Budapest on Friday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Hungarian Olympic Committee president Zsolt Gyulay said a successful cooperation had taken shape with Heavy Tools at the European Games in Krakow in 2023. For the first time, Hungarian Olympic and Paralympic athletes will wear the same uniform, he added.

Heavy Tools founder László Doroszlay said the order to outfit the Hungarian athletes in Paris was the "crowning achievement" of the company's 27 years of operations.

Managing director Yvette Doroszlay said the uniforms were designed to ensure athletes "feel good in what they're wearing".

Designer Mónika Herwerth said the collection combined "French refinement" with "athletic dynamism".
