The first ever charity event organized by Italian restaurant Fausto's managed to raise HUF 3.8 mln for the Haemophilia Foundation of the Heim Pál Paediatric Institute.

The event was sold out in just a few days, with the donations contributing to the treatment of children treated in the institute's Onco-Haematology Department.

Fausto's says that it has been a long-standing idea of theirs to meet in a more relaxed and informal way, accompanied by pleasant music, authentic snacks, and fine wines. In addition, the restaurant also noted that despite the economic uncertainties affecting the hospitality industry, they consider it important to help the survival of organizations in an even more difficult situation.

The organizers said that they have never organized an event like this before, meaning that they did not know what kind of interest they could expect, but based on its success, it will certainly not be their last.

During the evening, guests were served dishes well.known Fausto's dishes - hams, cheeses, seafood, meats, pasta, risottos accompanied by prosecco, and other fine wines.
