CEU hosting discussion between rector, former U.S. Ambassador

Central European University's Democracy Institution is hosting an event entitled, "Perspectives on Democracy: A Conversation Between Eleni Kounalakis and Michael Ignatieff."

The event will offer a conversation on democracy, populism, and polarization with the Lieutenant Governor of California Eleni Kounalakis, former U.S. Ambassador to Hungary (2010-13), and Michael Ignatieff, President and Rector of CEU.

The discussion will take place on Monday, June 14, between 7 and 8 p.m. Interested parties should register at rulli@ceu.edu.

The discussion will also be streamed live on the CEU Democracy Institute's Facebook page.
