Lázár: Debate over Paks deal is unneccessary
According to Cabinet Chief János Lázár it is “entirely all the same” if the Paks deal is made confidential for 15 years or 30, Lázár told Hungarian online daily index.hu in response to a query.
“There is no single implemented contract in the world that would be public” the cabinet chief said. He also urged opposition MPs to show him any contract regarding nuclear energy issues anywhere in the world that would be available for public view.
“The whole debate is theoretical and pointless as there is no single nuclear contract in the world that would be public, if any of my opposition MPs finds one we can discuss it” Lázár reiterated.
