Student loan rates to stay unchanged
State-owned student loan provider Diákhitel Központ is planning to keep the interest rate on its loans unchanged for the period between January 1 and June 30, 2015, the provider announced today.
The interest rate on general purpose student loans will remain at 5.75%, the rate on special-purpose loans for educational costs will stay at 7.00%. However, due to the state subsidy on the loans, students will continue to pay 2% on the credit.
