The Ukrainian Hydrogen Council and Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association have signed a memorandum of understanding on joint hydrogen projects, according to CEEnergyNews.

The memorandum was signed this week by Polina Kazakevych, president of the Ukrainian Hydrogen Council and István Lepsényi, president of the Hungarian Hydrogen Technology Association, during the Budapest Hydrogen Summit in Budapest.

As part of the partnership, both associations will "seek to encourage and develop" collaborative activities in various ways, including exchanging scientific ideas and expertise, supporting specific projects, developing plans for their implementation, and generating cross-border tenders and projects.

The associations will also look to cooperate in cross-border regulations, coordinate activity in the 3Seas Hydrogen Council, and map and launch commercial opportunities related to hydrogen technology
