Farmgate Prices Fall 25.4% in February
Farmgate prices in Hungary fell 25.4% year-on-year in February, dropping for the eleventh month in a row, data released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Friday show.
Crop prices declined 31.4% as grain prices plunged 46.8%.
The price of livestock and animal products dropped 14.3%.
Meanwhile, prices for live animals fell 9.6% and animal product prices slipped 23.1%.
