Ryanair to launch Budapest-Copenhagen flight

Irish low-cost airline Ryanair is scheduled to launch a daily Budapest-Copenhagen flight as of October 25, the airline announced yesterday.

Ryanair currently operates direct flights to 15 destinations from Budapest.

Earlier in February, Ryanair said it was targeting a 12% increase in passenger numbers on its Budapest flights this year, adding that it expected to carry 1.3 mln passengers on its Budapest flights in 2015, according to Director Juliusz Komorek. Three of Ryanairʼs aircraft are based in Budapest and make 82 flights a week on the 15 routes.
