Access4you International has joined the RICS Tech Partner Program, and as a member of this collaboration platform, Access4you has become part of a global network of more than 350 leading data and technology providers who are driving innovation and digital transformation, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Certified third-party accessibility information provided by Access4you ensures recommendations for improvement, data for KPI setting, and quickly available input for the S part of ESG reports. This approach, backed by a self-developed innovative software and assessment process behind the Access4you international certification mark, assured the company to enter the program.

“We are honored to join RICS as a technology partner, and look forward to collaborating with RICS and its members and representing the benefits of accessibility to the property market from both social sustainability and financial aspects," said Balázs Berecz, founder and CEO of Access4you, who has been a wheelchair user for 15 years.

“I’m very excited to have Access4you join the RICS Tech Partner Program. I believe what this innovative company brings to RICS is unique: it is not only a business and ESG solution but a mindset," added Andrew Knight, global lead, AI, Data, and Technology at RICS.

“I am pleased to see Access4you joining as an RICS Tech Partner, marking an important milestone in our long-term cooperation. Now, more than ever, there is a need to embrace and embed diversity, equality, and inclusion in society, as well as in the built environment and this is exactly what Access4you brings to the markets,” added Anna Orcsik, strategic partnerships Europe & Public Affairs CEE, RICS

After winning the Social Innovation 2023 award from EASPD in October 2023, it is another important international acknowledgment of Access4you’s mission and real social impact, the company says.
