Wing buys Airport City Logistics Park

Wing has bought Airport City Logistics Park located in the neighborhood of Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, adding about 44,000 sqm of modern warehouse buildings and 8,000 sqm of office area to the company's portfolio, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Wing's transaction with CPI Group was carried out at a record low, 5.6% yield. During the transaction, Wing was represented by the law firms Dentos and CBRE, and CPI Group by the law firm DLA Piper.

Wing has a number of development projects in the vicinity of the airport, including the ibis Style Budapest Airport Hotel next to Terminal 2, and Hungary’s most modern training center for pilots and flight attendants built nearby for Wizz Air.

In addition to the logistics park now purchased, Wing’s industrial portfolio also includes East Gate and East Gate PRO, as well as Login business parks.
