Magyar Posta inaugurates HUF 3 bln parcel depot

State-owned postal company Magyar Posta inaugurated a HUF 3 billion parcel depot in the industrial park of Tatabánya on Friday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

The depot, with an indoor area of 3,200 sqm and an outdoor space of 8,700 sqm, will deliver to around 100,000 addresses in 52 settlements. It will employ 80 people who until now worked at the no.1 post office in Tatabánya.

Magyar Posta is leasing the facility from the state-owned National Industrial Park Operating and Developing Company.
