Pannonia Ethanol launches €30 mln expansion

Hungary-based Pannonia Ethanol is spending up to €30 mln on its project to expand its ethanol plant in Dunaföldvár (central Hungary), the company announced today.

For the project, the company signed an agreement on a HUF 25 mln loan from the Magyar Export-Importbank for the investment. According to the expectations of CEO Zoltán Reng, the current investment would double the plant's annual capacity from 220 mln to 450 mln liters as of next year.
