Normbenz begins review of Lukoil gas stations

Competition

Normbenz launched a review of the gas stations it purchased last year from Lukoil, in order to make the network profitable by the end of this year, executive director József Horváth-Dori told economic business daily Világgazdaság today.

Normbenz bought 75 gas stations in Hungary and 19 in Slovakia, Hungarian news agency MTI said, adding that developments will focus on 40 of these, with savings from efficiency improvements providing the necessary funding.

The main areas of improvement include the introduction of premium fuels and the expansion of the stationsʼ partially free services on offer, the news agency added.
