Graphisoft Park shareholders agree to HUF 60-per-share dividend
Shareholders of Graphisoft Park, which operates a business park in northern Budapest, decided at an annual general meeting yesterday that the company would pay a HUF 60-per-share dividend on last yearʼs earnings, state news agency MTI reported.
The dividend fund amounts to HUF 642 mln or slightly more than €2 mln, based on the exchange rate at the end of 2014. The shareholders approved the Hungarian Accounting Standards P+L statement which reveals after-tax profit of €2,231,666 and the IFRS statement which shows a net income of €2,403,000.
