Evopro teams up with Russian peer

Hungary's Evopro group signed an agreement with Russia's Nanotechnology Centre for Composites on the joint production of composite structure buses in Moscow yesterday.

Under the agreement, signed during the Open Innovations international exhibition, Modulo bus chassis designed and developed by Hungarian engineers will be produced from composite materials in Moscow.

The Hungarian company will bring its innovative products to the partnership, products which were founded on the traditions of Hungary's Ganz and Ikarus manufacturers, while the Russian partners will provide production capacity of the highest caliber, according to Evopro owner Csaba Mészáros.
