Erste property fund buys Vision Towers
Erste Open-end Real Estate Investment Fund has acquired Futureal’s iconic new Vision Towers (North) office block serving as KPMG’s Headquarters, the company announced today. The construction was conceived by Futureal in the location once occupied by the former Hotel Volga.
The project, with a gross leasable area of 11,125 square meters is expected to renew the Váci Street – Dózsa György Street junction and give impetus to the office corridor.
In connection with the transaction, president of the Board of Directors of Erste Fund Management Ltd, Mr. Balázs Pázmány has underlined that the premium-category office building meets the investment goals of ERSTE Open-end Real Estate Investment Fund from every aspect and that the office building will secure a long-term return on investment for the Fund.
