Cronus buys two hydraulic excavators
Hungarian construction company Cronus Tömegáru-Fuvarozó és Szolgáltató purchased two hydraulic excavators at a cost of HUF 350 mln, the company informed Hungarian news agency MTI yesterday.
The company received HUF 140 mln in European Union funding for the acquisition of the treaded excavators, which are digging machines similar to backhoes except they are mobile. Cronus had an after-tax profit of HUF 115 mln on revenue of HUF 5.1 bln in 2013, down by 17.3% y.o.y. and 3% y.o.y., respectively.
