Business Telekom floats 500,000 shares on BSE today
Hungarian-owned telecommunications company Business Telekom (BTel) will float 500,000 more shares at the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday, the BSE announced on Thursday.
The float of further shares will raise the total number of Business Telekom shares traded at the BSE to 9,359,651.
The BSE announced earlier on Thursday that it will elevate Business Telekom to the Equities Prime issuer-category from the Equities Standard issuer-category on March 10, 2014. BSE issuers must meet several criteria regarding market capitalization, ownership structure (free float) and corporate history to qualify for inclusion in the Equities Prime category.
