The operator of the Gundel Restaurant, a culinary landmark in the capital, targets a 20% revenue rise this year, managing director Jenő Magyary told MTI.
Last year, the restaurant's turnover reached HUF 1.5 bln, Magyary said.
The establishment's profit margin was 8-10%, he added.
The restaurant welcomed almost 57,000 guests last year and expects to serve 58,000-60,000 this year, he said.
