This year's festival season promises to be similar to previous ones from the good times before the pandemic, writes business daily Világgazdaság.

Currently, the organizers are planning a full season in terms of content.

There are no health restrictions to be reckoned with, although the individual control of monkeypox in Hungary will be a topic during the summer.

However, there is a very serious change, with the expectation of extra profit due to inflation. For this reason, it is to be expected that the majority of festivals will be shamelessly expensive, at least for those whose last cultural or music festival experience was in 2019, the publication says.
