Prologis leases a total of 76,250 sqm in Hungary in January-February

Prologis signed lease agreements totaling more than 76,250 sqm in Hungary, including 13,250 sqm of new leases and 63,000 sqm of lease extensions, in the first two months of the year, the global leader in industrial real estate announced today in a press release.

“We continue to see great leasing momentum in the Hungarian market, with our existing customers extending and expanding their business operations in our parks,” said László Kemenes, vice president and country manager, Prologis Hungary and Romania. “Currently, our Hungarian portfolio is almost fully let. We will continue to focus on maintaining this occupancy level, by extending relationships with our customers and delivering best-in-class property management services.”

Prologis is a leading industrial real estate provider in Hungary with a portfolio of seven distribution parks totaling 550,000 sqm, the statement added.
