The Hunalpa pilots’ interest group has announced reaching an agreement in an ongoing dispute with Hungarian airlines Malév and consequently that it called off a strike.
The compromise agreement involves revising the salary structure of pilots serving on A300 airliners. The specifics of the plan are to be hammered out by the end of the year.
The compromise also stipulates that Malév will only employ pilots on its own payroll and that it will present a clear and predictable layoff strategy. (Gazdasági Rádió)
