Crisis boosts demand for document management

According to Iron Mountain Central Europe, demand among small and middle enterprise is on the rise for more advanced document management services seeing that it can make their operations more efficient and reduce their costs.

“Smaller businesses come to us realizing that more advanced solutions can be major factor in reducing their HR costs, better managed documentation makes everyday business more effective and also saving 75% compared to the earlier state when documents had to be physically stored and needed space,” said regional director András Szakoniy, head of the company.

Szakonyi added that services like those offered by Iron Mountain allow companies to far better mange the information channels they need, speed up their production and therefore secure far better chances of successfully appearing on the market. (press release)
