Foreign Ministry signs MoU with Roscosmos

Hungary's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has signed a memorandum of understanding with Roscosmos, Russia's state-owned space industry company, on continued cooperation in the area of space research, the ministry said, according to portfolio.hu.
The agreement, a product of the summit in Moscow on Feb. 1, was signed by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó and Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin.
The ministry noted that three Hungarian-Russian space research projects had been launched in recent years with research institutes, universities and companies from both countries, including microsatellites and a device planned for the International Space Station.
The governments of Hungary and Russia will soon sign a separate agreement on allocating additional resources and assets for these programs, it added.
