Debrecen Developing Eastern Portion to Become Residential
Debrecen (225 km east of Budapest) mayor László Papp spoke about infrastructure development in the eastern part of the city at a press conference at the Demki Csapókerti Community Hall yesterday, writes business daily Világgazdaság.
He said that a huge residential area will become available in the eastern part of Debrecen by considering the private garden areas as part of the residential areas and developing them accordingly.
The mayor explained that one of the most important areas for the year 2024 is the development of the water infrastructure of the eastern part of the city, including the construction of the wastewater and drinking water networks, as well as the development of traffic routes.
The road network is also being developed accordingly, he added.
